Prepare to test your endurance as you tackle the cardio killers that are the assault bike and rower. These are incorporated with rounds in your own FitPod, your personal rack, bench, and dumbbell set. Our Fitness Modules will get your neurological system firing on all cylinders with weight training sequences, bodyweight, kettlebell, and barbell circuits. Our group training systems are designed to work your entire body, boost your fitness, rev up your endurance, and build and tone muscle for a complete, endorphin-inducing gym session.

CURRENT FITMOD:

Functional BodyBuilding, or FB², is a training system that prioritizes quality over quantity and intensity. It incorporates methods from many different styles of lifting while adding a lot more functionality by expanding your movement repertoire. Over the course of an 8-week cycle, you can expect workouts that will help develop your physique and improve your strength, all while mixing in fresh, fun conditioning circuits.
