Looking for a place that you can actually move around in? The Lab has more than enough space for you to get an efficient workout in and not have to compete for equipment or room. Treadmills, rowers, dumbbells, benches, bands, and more are provided here. The best thing about The Lab's Studio Pass access is that the gym is available to you night and day. You will have permission to use the studio after closing to avoid any "rush" or to work around our group training sessions. You can make it nice and quiet and find your zen in your solo yoga sessions or throw on a gym banger and slam your reps out like there's no tomorrow for a rough leg day routine!
